Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical, security clearance, and cultural fit criteria. Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks in line with defense sector regulations. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill defense roles (e.g., engineers, technicians, logistics, and operations).. Manage recruitment reports, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor hiring performance.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in the defense, aerospace, or military manufacturing sector. Proven experience in technical recruiting (Engineering). Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
