We are seeking a responsible and attentive CCTV Surveillance Operator to monitor and maintain security through video surveillance systems. You will help ensure the safety of premises, employees, and assets by detecting and reporting incidents promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor live CCTV footage across all designated areas continuously.
Detect, record, and report suspicious activities or security breaches.
Maintain logs of incidents and security observations.
Operate and maintain CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
Coordinate with on-site security personnel in case of emergencies.
Review and analyze recorded footage as needed for investigations.
Ensure all equipment is functional and report technical issues promptly.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive security information.
Assist in preparing security reports and documentation for management.
