Role Overview We are seeking a Business Development Partner (Commission Only) to join our Dubai-based team. This commission-based role is perfect for driven, well-connected professionals in the healthcare and wellness sector who thrive on performance-based rewards. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clinics, spas, and other service providers, and presenting the value of Klink In’s platform. You will work closely with our team to strategize and execute sales plans, negotiate contracts, and meet monthly sales targets.Note: This role is fully commission-based, with up to 2,000 AED per clinic onboarded. High-performing members may be considered for future growth opportunities within Klink In. Key Responsibilities Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities with clinics, hospitals, and wellness centers Present Klink In’s platform value to decision-makers and key stakeholders Collaborate with the team to strategize and execute sales plans Negotiate contracts and finalize deals Track and report sales pipeline progress Maintain professional representation of Klink In at all times Qualifications & Skills Proven expertise in Sales and Consulting within Saa S, healthcare, or wellness sectors Experience in Leadership Development and Training to mentor or guide teams effectively Strong Project Management skills, able to handle multiple initiatives efficiently Demonstrated ability in managing client relationships and executing growth strategies Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision Previous experience in the UAE market is a plus Proficiency in CRM tools and business development software preferred Compensation & Benefits Up to 2,000 AED per clinic onboarded Paid after 1-month trial completion Flexible working model Unlimited earning potential Possibility for future growth roles within Klink In based on performance Why Join Klink In?
