A leading local entity in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly qualified Head of Legal Affairs & Contracts to join their leadership team. Position: Head of Legal Affairs & Contracts Location: Abu Dhabi Nationality: Emarait Salary: Up to AED 60,000 per month Key Responsibilities:Lead all legal affairs, contracts, and compliance functions. Provide strategic legal advice to senior management. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements. Ensure full compliance with United Emirates laws and regulations. Manage legal risks and support organizational decision-making. Oversee external legal counsel and internal legal activities. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s preferred. Minimum 8 years of experience in legal and contracts roles. Strong knowledge of United Emirates laws, government policies, and regulatory frameworks. Proven experience in leading legal teams and advising senior leadership. Excellent communication and contract negotiation skills.
