To support our expansion, we are seeking an experienced manager to oversee our digital infrastructure, payment systems, and CRM workflows across the organization.Role Summary The Digital, Payment & CRM Infrastructure Manager is responsible for designing, operating, and optimizing the core systems that power Dandelion Civilization’s digital services, customer lifecycle management, and subscription revenue. The role combines technical infrastructure management, payment platform oversight, and CRM & documentation process ownership, ensuring our systems are reliable, scalable, integrated, and compliant. This manager will ensure seamless customer journeys — from onboarding and billing to renewals and enterprise invoicing — while supporting internal teams with robust tools, analytics, and documentation.Infrastructure Strategy & Operations Develop and maintain the IT infrastructure roadmap (servers, cloud, networks, security, digital tools) Oversee deployment, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance to ensure reliability and scalability Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and automation for high availability Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and internal policiesPayment Platform Management Operate and scale the company’s payment processing architecture Integrate and manage payment gateways (Stripe, Pay Pal, PSPs), including risk and fraud controls Oversee subscription billing, invoicing, reconciliation, and financial data accuracy Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR, and other payment standards Maintain documentation for payment workflows, merchant accounts, and compliance requirementsCRM, Customer Data & Documentation Own and administer Hub Spot CRM: workflows, pipelines, dashboards, automations, integrations Ensure smooth data flow between CRM, payment systems, apps, analytics, and finance tools Maintain documentation for CRM processes, lifecycle workflows, and internal SOPsSupport teams with CRM reporting, segmentation, automation, and operational improvements Develop workflows to reduce manual processes and improve efficiency across departmentsCross-Functional Collaboration Partner with engineering, product, finance, marketing, and legal to align infrastructure, CRM, and payments Support new product launches with infrastructure readiness, billing setup, and CRM automation Provide input on pricing, checkout flows, customer onboarding, and recurring billing Assist with budgeting, vendor management, audits, and regulatory compliancePerformance Optimization & Continuous Improvement Analyze system, CRM, and payment performance; identify issues and implement improvements Establish best practices for infrastructure, customer lifecycle automation, and payment operations Drive Dev Ops adoption, automated deployments, and data accuracy Stay current with emerging technologies, standards, and regulatory changesSecurity, Compliance & Risk Management Define and enforce security policies across infrastructure, CRM, and payment systems Coordinate penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, and security audits Maintain data-protection controls across Hub Spot, internal tools, and cloud environments Manage fraud prevention, access controls, and incident-response procedures Ensure strict compliance with clients’ Personal Data Protection (PDP) regulation Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field6–10 years in IT infrastructure (cloud, networking, security)3+ years managing CRM systems (preferably Hub Spot)5+ years working with payment platforms or fintech systemsTechnical Expertise Strong knowledge of servers, networking, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Hands-on experience with CRM automation, Hub Spot pipelines, workflows, reporting, and API integrations Proficiency with payment gateways, merchant accounts, reconciliation, and transaction workflows Scripting skills (Python, Bash, Java) for automation and integrations Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-CodeCompliance & Security Deep understanding of PCI DSS, GDPR, data governance, and fintech risk management Experience implementing security controls, fraud prevention, and audit-ready documentationLeadership & Communication Proven experience leading technical or cross-functional teams Strong background managing complex digital infrastructure projects Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsWhy Join Dandelion Civilization?
