Job Title: AI Infrastructure Engineer (Junior–Mid Level) Department: Cloud & Infrastructure Solutions (CIS) – GBMLocation: UAE, Dubai HQRole Overview: GBM is seeking a Junior–Mid Level AI Infrastructure Engineer to support the deployment and operation of our AI-ready data center solutions, including Cisco AI POD, NVIDIA GPU platforms, and hybrid cloud AI environments. The role involves hands-on implementation, lab testing, and supporting presales/delivery teams in customer engagements.Key Responsibilities: Assist in configuring and operating AI infrastructure (GPU servers, Cisco/NVIDIA platforms, Kubernetes). Support model-serving environments (NVIDIA NIM, Triton, v LLM) and MLOps pipelines. Help integrate AI compute with storage and networking (Cisco UCS, ACI, SAN/NAS). Perform GPU driver installs, system tuning, and AI workload benchmarking. Support AI PoCs, demos, and customer workshops. Prepare documentation including architecture diagrams, runbooks, and PoC reports. Collaborate with presales teams on BOMs, solution design, and customer technical queries. Maintain GBM’s internal AI lab environment and test new AI technologies.Required Skills: Strong foundation in IT infrastructure: Linux, servers, virtualization, containers (Docker/K8s). Basic understanding of GPUs, CUDA, or AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch/Tensor Flow) — or strong willingness to learn. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus. Good troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
