Hiring for Leasing Specialist based in Dubai Job purpose: We are seeking a highly talented individual to join us as a Leasing Specialist Retail to our team. Candidates need to be well experienced in Mall leasing with well-established connects and track record with various Retail groups and Retailers. Reporting to the Director of leasing. Responsible for leasing retail space in properties in the GCC. Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to maximize business opportunities. Negotiate and close sales and leasing deals to meet revenue goals. Monitor market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and present regular sales and Leasing reports to the senior management. Contribute to overall business growth and success through effective sales and leasing initiatives. Key Accountabilities Successfully identify and recruit tenants achieving KPI’s. To negotiate with the tenants, having researched tenant backgrounds, in a professional, ethical and a compelling manner. Managing the entire leasing process, from the initial contact to the opening of the tenancy. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing activities, including tenant applications and lease agreements. Ensure all activities comply with applicable local real estate laws and company policies. Conduct market research, analysis and benchmarking to stay informed about local rental trends and competitive pricing. Assist in developing and implementing leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and minimize vacancy periods. Collection of applicable payments on time. Act as the primary point of contact for the tenants to ensure smooth opening of the tenancies on timely basis. Coordinate communication between tenants, property managers, and management to resolve issues and complaints.
