Our work spans strategy, branding, digital, shopper marketing, and experiential activations—always with precision, elegance, and cultural relevance at the core.Role Overview As an Account Director, you’ll lead the client services team, driving strategic growth and ensuring exceptional delivery across all accounts. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, shaping long-term partnerships and overseeing the agency’s most high-profile projects.Key Responsibilities- Own senior-level client relationships and act as a strategic partner.- Lead account planning, growth strategies, and business development initiatives.- Oversee Account Managers and Executives, fostering a high-performance team culture.- Ensure integrated campaigns deliver measurable impact across ATL, BTL, digital, and experiential channels.- Drive profitability and efficiency across accounts, monitoring budgets and financial performance.- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production leadership to align outputs with client objectives.- Represent the agency in pitches, industry events, and thought leadership forums.What You Bring- 7–10 years of experience in a marketing, advertising, or branding agency, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale accounts and growing client portfolios.- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into impactful campaigns.- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).- Deep knowledge of UAE and regional consumer behavior and market dynamics.
