Manages and resolves key technical challenges with appropriate resources. Detailed knowledge of global R&D scope, projects and timelines. Strong understanding of global capabilities, effective global network. Defines gaps in portfolio and technologies to meet consumer needs progression. Represents IFF on senior projects to regional customers (Commercial only).
