Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Executive Chef based in Dubai and overseas brand. In this position, the Corporate Executive Chef will oversee menu development, ensure high-quality food preparation, and maintain consistency across operations. Responsibilities include leading and training culinary teams, supervising kitchen operations, managing food safety and hygiene standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to uphold the brand's culinary excellence.Qualifications Proficiency in Food Preparation, Cooking, and experience in Food Service, preferrable in Turkish Cuisine. Expertise in Food & Beverage operations and Culinary Management Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and train culinary teams Excellent understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and quality control Ability to create innovative and diverse menus while maintaining brand consistency Experience in managing large-scale food and beverage operations is an asset Bachelor’s degree or professional certification in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills
