Please review skillscaper.com and the presentation video on our landing page.Mission of the Role We are seeking a Dubai-based fundraising operator capable of raising €1M–€3M for Skillscaper through the UAE ecosystem.This role is hands-on and outcome-driven. It is designed for someone who can personally activate investor conversations, manage the fundraising process end-to-end, and convert momentum into signed term sheets.This is not an advisory or broker-only position.Key Responsibilities Build and execute a UAE-focused fundraising strategy Activate and manage relationships with UAE-based investors, funds, and strategic partners Lead fundraising discussions from first meeting to term sheet Coordinate investor follow-ups, data room, and due diligence Work directly with the founder and core team on investor positioning and narrativeIdeal Profile Based in Dubai with an active fundraising network Proven experience raising or placing capital for startups or growth companies Comfortable operating at founder-level ownership and accountability Able to work on high-stakes, long-cycle fundraising processes Strong integrity and execution mindsetCompensation Performance-based structure aligned with funds raised.
