Qualifications & Experience Essential QTS and a relevant first degree. Master's in Education, NPQH or equivalent senior leadership qualification.10-12 years' experience in education, including at least 5 years in senior leadership. Significant experience in high-performing British curriculum schools. Evidence of sustained professional development in school leadership. A proven track record of raising standards and maximising outcomes for all learners. Strong experience in staff development, coaching, and effective delegation. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Deep knowledge of the English National Curriculum, assessment and data analysis. Strong understanding of UK and UAE education legislation and regulatory frameworks. Expertise in whole-school evaluation and inspection frameworks (DSIB/Ofsted). Ability to lead effectively in a climate of growth, change, and innovation. Strong operational and financial leadership capability. Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
