Known for precision-based training, refined aesthetics and a strong community, Bodytree focuses on delivering a high-quality client experience across all digital and in-studio touchpoints.Role OverviewAs Social Media & Community Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day execution, planning and coordination of Bodytree's social media presence and community communication.This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with ownership over operational communication strategy, content rollout, community engagement and cross-channel coordination. You act as the central coordination point between internal teams and ongoing initiatives, ensuring all messaging is aligned, on-brand and delivered with consistency and care.This role focuses on communication strategy, planning and execution, not hands-on content production.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Planning & CoordinationCoordinate content calendars, approvals and publishing Review monthly moodboards and creative directions to ensure brand consistency and alignment with current priorities Review content for tone, visual consistency and messaging alignment Coordinate and organise monthly content shoots and asset planning in collaboration with relevant stakeholdersCampaign & Communication Strategy & ExecutionOwn the operational communications calendar Translate promotions, workshops and initiatives into clear communication strategy, messaging and channel execution Execute campaigns across social media, Whats App and app-based communication in coordination with the team Coordinate paid social campaigns, including briefings, asset alignment and performance feedbackBrand & Asset ManagementCreate and adapt branded assets using Canva for digital and in-studio touchpoints Ensure visual and messaging consistency across all channelsMonitoring & OptimisationMonitor community sentiment, engagement and feedback Share insights internally to continuously improve communication, messaging and experience Support reporting and ongoing optimisation of content and communication performanceWhat We’re Looking For2+ years experience in social media, community or brand management Comfortable working in a high paced environment A hands-on mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through Confidence working with external and internal stakeholders Strong visual sense and understanding of brand consistency Comfortable using social media planning and design tools (e.g. Canva, Buffer or similar) Clear communication skills and sound judgment in community interactionWhat We OfferCompetitive salary package Employment visa sponsored by Bodytree Medical health insurance according to company policy A visible, high-impact role shaping Bodytree’s wellness experience strategy A collaborative, passionate, wellness-driven team environment Opportunities to grow with a fast-expanding premium wellness brandReady to join the Bodytree team?Apply now - we can’t wait to meet you.
