Novanos Group is hiring an experienced Product Specialist to support our portfolio of aesthetic and dermatology products in Dubai. This role requires strong clinical understanding, hands-on clinic support experience, and in-depth knowledge of the UAE aesthetic market. Key Responsibilities Provide in-clinic product demonstrations, training, and technical support Conduct product presentations and workshops for dermatology and aesthetic clinics Support the sales team with product positioning and clinical expertise Build and maintain long-term relationships with dermatologists and aesthetic practitioners Follow up on product usage, feedback, and post-sales support Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the UAE aesthetics sector Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in aesthetic or dermatology product roles Previous experience with aesthetic or dermatology companies is mandatory Strong understanding of dermatology clinics and aesthetic procedures Excellent communication and presentation skills Willingness to travel within Dubai and other Emirates as required
