Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Odoo Sales Executive located in Dubai. The Odoo Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in identifying potential customers, understanding their business needs, providing tailored solutions using Odoo, and closing sales to achieve targets. The role involves meeting with clients, delivering product demonstrations, negotiating deals, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle. Collaboration with the technical team to align Odoo products with client requirements and the creation of sales strategies to grow the company's customer base are key aspects of this position.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Odoo and its application across business processes like CRM, inventory management, and ERP systems Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management Ability to assess client needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and conduct compelling product demonstrations Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets Prior experience working with ERP systems or in a similar software sales role is advantageous Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field Familiarity with the Dubai market or experience working in the Gulf region is a plus
