Job Details

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our HR operations with a strong focus on recruitment coordination and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be Dubai-based, available to join immediately, and capable of handling multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
Recruitment & Onboarding Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers Support onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation scheduling, and joining formalities Employee Engagement & HR Operations Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications Support HR initiatives aimed at improving employee morale, retention, and workplace culture Maintain employee records, HR files, and databases in compliance with UAE labor laws Assist with HR reports, attendance tracking, and leave management Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field1–3 years of experience as an HR Assistant or HR Coordinator, preferably in the UAEStrong exposure to recruitment and employee engagement activities Knowledge of UAE Labor Law is an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) Immediate availability is mandatory Preferred Skills Experience working with recruitment portals and HR systems Event coordination or internal communication experience Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of professionalism and confidentiality
