The Role:
Our client is looking for a high-performing Account Executive based in Dubai to drive new business acquisition, cross-sell, and upsell across Middle Eastern markets. This role suits a commercially minded sales professional who thrives in fast-growth environments and enjoys building long-term relationships with e-commerce brands and enterprise retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business development across Middle Eastern e-commerce markets. Manage and expand accounts through cross-selling and upselling of AI-driven solutions. Build strong, trusted relationships with decision-makers at online retailers. Work closely with internal marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver value-led solutions. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets in a high-growth region. Position the platform as a strategic revenue-growth partner using Agentic AI.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B Saa S sales, ideally within e-commerce, Mar Tech, or AI-driven platforms. Strong track record in new business, cross-sell, and upsell. Experience selling into Middle Eastern markets is highly desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Based in Dubai or willing to relocate. English fluency required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
