Role Description
As a full-time Real Estate Area Specialist, you will be responsible for managing property transactions, assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, and conducting market research to provide valuable insights. The role involves property showings, negotiating deals, and building strong client relationships while adhering to market regulations. This is an on-site position located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, where you will collaborate closely with clients and team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Real Estate practices, including property evaluation and market analysis. Strong Customer Service and client relationship management skills. Experience in Real Estate Development and Sales, with a track record of meeting targets. Knowledge of Real Property regulations and laws in the region. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus. Possession of a valid UAE real estate license is highly advantageous.
