You will create and execute innovative marketing strategies to attract high-quality leads, boost online presence, and support our sales team. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute data-driven lead generation campaigns across digital platforms. Manage paid campaigns: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads, You Tube Ads. Optimize SEO & SEM strategies for maximum online visibility. Create engaging content: blogs, videos, social media posts, newsletters. Leverage real estate portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle) for lead generation. Run email marketing campaigns with automation tools (Hub Spot, Mailchimp, Active Campaign). Track leads using CRM systems and collaborate with sales for timely follow-ups. Attend networking events, open houses, and exhibitions to enhance brand presence. Monitor and report on marketing KPIs using Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other tools. Requirements3 years of experience in lead generation and real estate marketing in the UAE. Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Linked In Campaign Manager. Strong SEO, SEM, and analytics skills (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz). Experienced in CRM and marketing automation tools (Lead Rat,Hub Spot, Zoho, Mailchimp). Content creation and social media management skills. Analytical, creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team. Minimum 1 year experience in a UAE real estate company (required).
