Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Senior Finance Manager in Food and Beverage Industry ( QSR). The Senior Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role entails managing financial risk, supervising audits, and fostering strategic relationships with financial institutions. The individual will be tasked with leading a team to optimize financial performance, improving cost efficiencies, and implementing robust internal controls to support the company's diverse business portfolio.
Qualifications Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Financial Management Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Risk Management, and Forecasting In-depth knowledge of Audit Management and Statutory Compliance Experience in Strategic Decision-Making and Business Performance Optimization Strong leadership and team management skills Proficiency in financial software and tools for data analysis Ability to work collaboratively across diverse business sectors A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional financial certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is highly desirable Prior experience in a senior finance role within a multi-sector company is advantageous F&B Experience (QSR) is required with minimum of 5 years in UAEThis is an URGENT requirement
