Company Description New Construction company is looking for an Office manager/Coordinator who can manage office work, handling documents, filing, invoices etc. Responsible, organized , punctual person with Experience.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for an Office Manager/Coordinator. The Office Manager/Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing administrative operations, managing office supplies and equipment, coordinating schedules and meetings, and ensuring efficient office operations. The individual will also serve as a key liaison between staff and clients, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise with team members, clients, and vendors effectively Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, including scheduling, record-keeping, and operational support Experience with Office Equipment and basic troubleshooting Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, office management, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in a similar role is highly advantageous. Good at English (must) and Russian or other languages will be an advantage.
