Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Agent located in Dubai. The Real Estate Sales Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing property listings, arranging property viewings, and negotiating contracts to meet clients’ needs. The role also involves building relationships with clients, maintaining property databases, and staying up-to-date with market trends and regulations.
Qualifications Proven sales and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach Knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws in Dubai Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Ability to use CRM software, property listing tools, and digital platforms Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently Proficiency in additional languages is a plus Real estate license or willingness to obtain one is preferred Prior experience in real estate or similar industries is advantageous
