We are hiring IT Support Executive, who is responsible for providing technical assistance, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripherals
Troubleshoot system, email, internet, and application problems
Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
Maintain IT inventory and documentation
Perform system updates, backups, and basic security checks
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Support CCTV, access control, and basic networking if required
