We are looking for a well-organized and efficient Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, proper documentation, and effective coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.

Handle phone calls, emails, and office correspondence professionally.

Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents and records.

Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.

Perform data entry, filing, and documentation tasks.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

Assist HR and management with administrative duties when required.

Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.

Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Professional attitude with attention to detail.

Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
