Role Overview:
Lead the social media strategy across all brands, driving engagement, growth, and brand consistency. Own planning, execution frameworks, and performance tracking while guiding the content team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies for ten companies
Build monthly content calendars, posting schedules, and tracking systems
Identify content opportunities across projects, events, talent deployment, and campaigns
Write copy, captions, scripts, and storyboards
Direct Content Creator, photographers, and designers to ensure brand alignment
Oversee content for construction milestones, events, activations, and project transformations
Monitor performance, provide insights, and deliver monthly improvement plans
Maintain consistent brand tone and identity across all platforms
Stay updated on trends, best practices, and platform changes
Requirements:
Proven experience managing multiple brands
Strong understanding of Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, Snapchat, X, You Tube
Excellent writing and storytelling skills
Strategic mindset with performance and ROI focus
Highly organized with multitasking and leadership ability
Experience in event or construction content is a plus
