Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact with all relevant authorities (Planning, Municipality, Civil Defense, Utilities, etc.). Coordinate submissions, follow-ups, and approvals in line with project schedules. Liaise between consultants, Architect of Record (AOR), and authorities to address comments and requirements. Track authority review timelines and maintain approval status reports. Ensure all submissions comply with applicable regulations, codes, and authority standards. Support phased project submissions and approvals in accordance with the approved phasing strategy. Requirements Proven experience as an Authority Liaison / Government Relations / Approvals Coordinator in the UAE. Strong knowledge of local authority procedures, approval workflows, and NOC requirements. Experience working with consultants, developers, and AORs on large-scale projects. Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple submissions across different project phases.
