Role Description This full-time Junior Accountant & Administrative Assistant role offers a hybrid work environment based in Dubai, with flexibility for occasional work-from-home arrangements. The role involves executing accounting tasks such as financial reporting, data entry, and assisting in audits. Additionally, administrative responsibilities include calendar management, clerical support, professional correspondence, and ensuring smooth daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Finance Maintain accurate financial records and assist with bookkeeping. Prepare invoices, expense reports, and payment reconciliations. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements. Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies. Administrative Support Manage office operations, correspondence, and documentation. Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel, and appointments. Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors. Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding and documentation. Assist management with ad-hoc tasks and reporting as required. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.1–3 years of experience in accounting or office administration. Familiarity with Zoho software is a plus. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to work independently.
