You will join our innovative and highly skilled IT support team located in Denmark, Singapore, and Panama, who together to perform all IT support related tasks for the Monjasa Group across all time zones.
As a new IT Supporter in Dubai, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues worldwide in upholding the standard quality of group-wide operations.
Furthermore, you will drive innovation in IT support operations by overseeing helpdesk functions, enhancing user experience through dynamic issue resolution, and reimagining departmental processes by implementing forward-thinking solutions and leveraging technology-driven strategies to streamline workflows, optimize productivity and advance digital transformation.
Taking a proactive role in optimising work processes by providing exceptional support and developing effective solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Generative AI tools. You'll work with various departments to provide daily assistance and automate repetitive tasks, witnessing the results of your efforts each day. Moreover, you'll strengthen your Microsoft 365 and automation expertise within Monjasa's inclusive and dynamic environment. Areas of focus Build and implement smart solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Gen AI tools. Identify and execute automation opportunities to reduce manual processes, collaborating closely with business teams. Provide hands-on IT support for colleagues, including workstations, equipment, and networks. Manage the on/offboarding process for employees. Oversee purchasing and management of IT assets. Keep the documentation up to date (e.g., QRG, SOP).
Your professional skills Preferably have 3 years of experience from a similar position ITIL, AI, and other IT-related certification is a plus Support foundation:-Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.)-Generative AI tools (Copilot, Chat GPT, Claude, etc.)-Microsoft Ecosystem (Share Point, Teams, One Drive, etc.)-Windows 11-Jira Helpdesk Fluent in English (written/oral), and any other language is a plus
