Type of Experience Advantage if 2-3 years working with A&D firms (interior designers, consultants, architects). Strong Listening skills and able to understand design and technical elements Experience in UAE/GCC design markets and familiarity with library management + sampling workflows. Background in product presentations, material selection, and project support. Key Skills Excellent relationship-building with designers & consultants. Strong presentation and communication skills (Lunch & Learns, product demos). Solid product knowledge and ability to explain technical suitability. Highly organised in managing libraries, samples, project tracking, and follow-up. Ability to identify new opportunities at concept/schematic stage. Expected Focus Areas Regular A&D visits, meetings, and generating new relationships. Updating and maintaining material libraries across all assigned firms. Conducting designer presentations and training sessions. Ensuring BSH products are specified and listed in BOQs. Coordinating with internal teams for samples, technical data, mock-ups, and project requirements.
