Job Purpose

To lead and manage the Secondary Market sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure high-quality client relationships while maintaining Signature Collection Realty’s standards as a premium real estate brokerage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Management

Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers.

Set monthly and quarterly sales targets and monitor performance.

Coach and train team members on secondary market strategies, negotiation, and deal closing.

Evaluate team performance using clear KPIs and implement improvement plans when needed.

Ensure team discipline, professionalism, and adherence to company policies.


2. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors.

Handle key and high-net-worth clients personally when required.

Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Oversee client follow-ups, offers, and transaction processes.


3. Secondary Market Sales Operations

Manage residential and commercial resale and leasing transactions.

Review and approve deals before closure.

Ensure full compliance with Dubai real estate regulations and company procedures.

Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.


4. Lead Management & Internal Coordination

Ensure effective lead distribution and prevent lead leakage.

Coordinate closely with:

Marketing team (lead quality and campaign performance)

HR department (recruitment, training, and evaluations)

Senior management (performance reports and strategy)



5. Reporting & Compliance

Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering sales results, team performance, and client satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with company standards, professional conduct, and formal dress code.

Required Qualifications & Skills

3–5 years of proven experience in Dubai real estate (Secondary Market).

Previous experience as a Team Leader or Senior Relationship Manager.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of Dubai property laws and secondary market processes.

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

RERA certification is a strong advantage.
