Human Resources Administrative Staff
Location: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-time
Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrative Staff to support daily human resources operations and ensure smooth internal processes. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, people-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information.
Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the HR department Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases Assist in recruitment processes (posting job ads, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates) Support onboarding and offboarding activities (documentation, orientations, clearances) Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and employee records Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, memos, certificates, and reports Coordinate with other departments regarding HR-related requests Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is an advantage Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) High level of confidentiality and professionalism Ability to multitask and work independently
Preferred Skills Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices Experience with HR systems or payroll tools is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Positive attitude and willingness to learn
