Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Psychologist role based in Dubai. The Clinical Psychologist will conduct psychological assessments, provide individual and group therapy, and develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients. Additional responsibilities include offering clinical supervision, addressing mental health challenges, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective care delivery. The ideal candidate will work to support the psychological and emotional well-being of patients in alignment with the organization’s values of compassionate care.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, and Mental Health principles and practices. Knowledge and experience in Psychological Testing and interpretation. Skills in Clinical Supervision to support and guide staff and peers in a clinical setting. Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse patients and teams effectively. Relevant licensure and accreditation as a Clinical Psychologist in the UAE. Master’s or doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field. Previous work experience in a healthcare or hospital environment, preferably in a multi-specialty setting, is a plus.
