We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support day-to-day office operations and coordinate administrative, procurement, and order-handling activities. Key Responsibilities:General office administration, documentation & correspondence Handling customer orders, purchase orders & invoicing Vendor coordination, logistics follow-ups & shipment tracking ERP data entry and record maintenance Office coordination and inter-departmental support Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field Minimum 5 years’ experience in office administration Proficiency in MS Office & ERP systems (Zoho is an advantage) Strong communication, organizational & coordination skills Currently available in the UAE
