We are seeking a Director of Expansion to lead the strategic growth of our stand-alone restaurant portfolio. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of new openings, from site identification and market analysis to operational setup and business launch. This is a hybrid role requiring a mix of real estate savvy, strategic networking, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities Market Analysis & Site Selection: Identify high-potential locations based on demographic data, foot traffic, and competitor analysis. Lead the "Go/No-Go" decision process for new venues. Business Set-up & Launch: Direct the full setup of new units, ensuring the concept is translated effectively into the physical space and operational flow. Strategic Networking: Establish and maintain high-level connections with real estate brokers, local authorities, suppliers, and industry partners. Commercial & Financial Strategy: Develop P&L projections for new sites. Negotiate lease agreements and manage CAPEX budgets for build-outs. Operational Integration: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the layout, staffing models, and workflows are optimized for profitability from day one.
Candidate Profile Experience: 7+ years in Hospitality management, specifically in expanding stand-alone restaurant brands. Acumen: Strong understanding of "street-side" real estate and urban development trends. Skills: Proven track record in project management (from shell to opening) and contract negotiation. Mindset: Entrepreneurial, data-driven, and highly connected within the F&B ecosystem.
