Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell glass products and solutions. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, generate new business, and achieve sales targets in the construction, interior fit-out, and architectural sectors. Key Responsibilities Promote glass products such as toughened glass, laminated glass, mirrors, decorative glass, and related solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and interior designers Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals Conduct site visits and client meetings as required Achieve monthly and annual sales targets Coordinate with production, estimation, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery Follow up on payments and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain accurate sales records and reports Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferred) Minimum 1 year of sales experience in glass, aluminium, construction materials, or related industry Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools Skills & Competencies B2B sales and relationship management Market research and lead generation Negotiation and closing skills Time management and target orientation Professional presentation and communication
