Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Draftsperson to prepare accurate shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built drawings for interior fit-out and construction projects. The candidate should be detail-oriented, technically sound, and capable of coordinating with designers, site engineers, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare shop drawings, working drawings, and as-built drawings as per approved design and site conditions

Develop detailed drawings for joinery, gypsum, ceilings, flooring, MEP coordination, and custom furniture

Revise drawings based on site feedback, client comments, and authority approvals

Coordinate with designers, site engineers, and project managers for technical clarifications

Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, local authority standards, and construction norms

Maintain proper drawing records and version control

Support the site team with clarifications, dimensions, and detailing when required

Skills

Software & Technical Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)

Knowledge of SketchUp / Revit (preferred)

Basic understanding of interior materials, finishes, and construction methods

Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings

Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Drafting

2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects

UAE experience preferred
