Hablando Dubai is the leading Spanish school for adults in the United Arab Emirates. We are growing rapidly and looking for a passionate, professional, and student-focused Spanish Teacher to join our academic team. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Spanish lessons focused on speaking, communication, and fluency.
- Teach semi-private classes (maximum 2 students) and occasional private lessons.
- Adapt lessons to different levels and student goals (work, travel, personal growth).
- Create dynamic, engaging, and interactive lesson plans.
- Track student progress and provide clear feedback.
- Maintain a positive learning environment aligned with Hablando Dubai’s methodology.
- Participate in internal training and academic meetings.
- Support school activities and occasional student events.
What We Offer
- Full-time position: 40 hours per week.

Qualifications
- Native Spanish speaker (required).
- High level of English (required).
- Proven experience teaching Spanish to adults.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain grammar clearly in a practical, communicative way.
- Energetic, professional, and empathetic teaching style.
- Organized, punctual, and responsible.
- Experience with online teaching tools is a plus.
- Growth mindset and willingness to develop within the school.
