About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Manager to oversee all health, safety, and environmental aspects for our prestigious projects in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring HSE programs to ensure a zero-accident culture and full compliance with UAE regulations.
Skills
Qualifications & Experience:
- Mandatory: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an HSE Manager in the UAE construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE/Dubai HSE regulations, codes of practice, and civil defense requirements.
- A recognized HSE qualification (e.g., NEBOSH IGC, SARS, SSRS) is essential.
- Hands-on experience in managing HSE for both high-rise building and villa/gated community projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to safety management.
