Receptionist and Admin

  • Role: Office Administrator / Receptionist

  • Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Salary: AED 4,500 – 5,000 per month
  • Start Date: Immediate


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and operations teams
  • Manage front-desk duties including welcoming visitors, handling calls, and directing inquiries
  • Manage emails and digital correspondence professionally
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
  • Handle office supplies, inventory, and basic procurement
  • Support logistics, courier, mail handling, and document management
  • Maintain accurate office records, filing systems, and digital documentation
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure organized and efficient workflows

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in office administration and/or receptionist roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, professional, and presentable personality
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic office management systems
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
