Job Purpose
The Junior Digital Marketing Specialist – Growth Specialist will support the execution of data-driven digital marketing initiatives aimed at driving growth, engagement, and performance across online channels. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with a strong interest in performance marketing, paid media, and marketing automation, and who is eager to build hands-on experience in the GCC digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Support growth marketing efforts across various digital channels to help achieve defined performance objectives such as traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring online marketing campaigns across search, social media, and email channels.
- Work closely with Google Ads and paid social media advertising platforms to help optimize campaigns, budgets, targeting, and creatives.
- Execute email marketing campaigns, including content setup, scheduling, segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of basic marketing automation workflows to improve customer engagement and lead nurturing.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and support analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
- Coordinate with content, design, and technical teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of campaigns.
Skills
Qualifications & Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Native Arabic speaker with good working proficiency in English.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing (internship experience may be considered).
- Basic hands-on experience or strong knowledge of Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, and email marketing tools.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics is an advantage.
