We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to manage and support day-to-day human resources operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
Address employee queries and support employee relations
Coordinate training and performance appraisal activities
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–4 years of experience in HR or a similar role
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
