Job Title: Waiter / Waitress – Japanese Restaurant

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,500 (depending on experience)

We are looking for an experienced Waiter / Waitress to join our Japanese restaurant team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be professional, customer-oriented, and have good knowledge of Japanese cuisine and service standards.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and serve guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS Omega system
• Have strong knowledge of the menu, including Japanese dishes, ingredients, and allergens
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times
• Handle customer requests and complaints efficiently
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area

Skills

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress (Japanese restaurant experience is a strong advantage)
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and common allergens (seafood, sesame, soy, gluten, etc.)
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Experience using POS Omega is mandatory
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work long shifts and under pressure
