We’re looking for a Content & Operations Coordinator to manage and maintain the daily content, notices, and digital housekeeping of a community app, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent communication, while handling operational tasks like content moderation and log maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Upload notices, alerts, events, polls, documents, and marketplace listings into the CMS, scheduling recurring content
· Publish content ensuring integration with features like document storage and visibility controls
· Review, moderate, and maintain in-app content consistent with company branding and tone of voice
· Coordinate closely with the App Manager for approval workflows, updates, and operational logs
· Maintain a digital log of all published content, engagement activities, and operational metrics
Skills
· 2–3 years of experience in digital content operations or editorial roles
· Hands-on use of CMS/app back-end portals
· Highly organized with attention to detail, strong communication skills
· Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
