Job Responsibilities:

Digital Sales & Marketing:

Manage and handle Facebook & Instagram pages

Create and post advertisements, promotions, and marketing content

Run and manage Facebook Ads & Instagram marketing campaigns

Handle online inquiries, messages, and digital leads

Convert digital leads into confirmed sales

Support overall sales and marketing activities

Site Supervisor Duties:

Supervise site installation works related to aluminum, glass, and pergolas

Manage and coordinate technicians & labour teams at site

Ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines

Coordinate material ordering, delivery, and usage

Handle client coordination and site meetings

Report site progress and issues to management

Ensure safety and proper work practices at site

Requirements:

Experience in digital sales and social media marketing

Knowledge of Facebook Ads & Instagram marketing

Good knowledge of the Aluminum & Glass Industry

Experience in site supervision / installation works (preferred)

Strong communication and sales skills

Target-oriented and self-motivated
