Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team at Dubai Airport. The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for international travelers in a fast-paced airport environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Promote and sell products while achieving individual and store sales targets
• Provide accurate product information and recommendations to customers
• Handle cash, credit card, and POS transactions efficiently
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked
• Ensure store cleanliness and follow visual merchandising standards
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns politely and effectively
• Adhere to airport security, safety, and company policies at all times
• Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or customer service experience (airport or duty-free experience is an advantage)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong sales skills and customer-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Preferred Skills

• Experience in luxury retail, duty-free, or airport retail
• Knowledge of perfumes, cosmetics, fashion, electronics, or travel retail products
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
