How You’ll Make an Impact
- Discuss and align space requirements with customer (BUs/Departments)
- Align with customers (BUs/Departments) on mid and long-term real estate requirements
- Local tenant / landlord relationship management
- Negotiate external rental contracts according to threshold matrix and support RE Regional Management
- Fulfill terms and conditions of lease agreements
- Evaluate and manage local EHS risks and ensure legally compliant operations
- Carry out all internal procedures and approvals
- Update databases/portfolio/tools within the company
Skills
What You Bring
- A Degree in: Engineering sciences, Construction or related field
- Technical Knowledge (Excel, Reporting, Basics of financial analysis)
- Good communication and converse good English at professional working proficiency level.
- Previous Real Estate experience is a must
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic and growing business
- The ability to communicate clearly with different levels of stakeholders across the business and across different countries/cultures.
