OH LLP is a respected public law firm providing practical, commercially focused legal solutions across the UAE. We are seeking a Paralegal to support our Corporate & Commercial practice and assist lawyers across a range of corporate, regulatory, and transactional matters.
This role is ideal for a junior professional or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on exposure in a law firm environment and build a strong foundation in corporate and commercial legal work.
Role Overview
As a Paralegal, you will provide administrative and legal support to the Corporate & Commercial team, assisting with company incorporations, licensing, compliance, and transaction preparation. The role offers structured learning, exposure to regulators, and day-to-day involvement in active client matters under supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lawyers with company incorporations, licensing, renewals, and corporate structuring matters
- Conduct basic legal and regulatory research and assist with compliance tracking
- Prepare and organize corporate documents, including:
- Shareholder Resolutions
- Memorandums of Association
- Constitutional documents
- Powers of attorney and supporting filings
- Support the preparation and submission of documents to government authorities and free zone regulators, including:
- Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET)
- Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED)
- Sharjah Economic Development Department (SEDD)
- UAE free zones, including ADGM and DIFC
- Liaise with third-party service providers such as company service providers (CSPs), legal translators, and notaries
- Maintain accurate client records, filing systems, and transaction trackers
- Assist with due diligence exercises and document collation for corporate transactions
- Support internal coordination between lawyers, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth matter progression

Skills
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree or master’s in Law.
- 0–1 year of experience in a law firm, corporate services provider, or professional services environment (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English preferred)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn corporate, commercial, and regulatory processes
- Professional communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working in an office-based, team-oriented environment
