Structural Designer – DM Approved | Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Structural Designer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in structural design, authority approvals, and site coordination, with hands-on experience in residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Structural analysis and design of high-rise, residential, commercial, villas, labor accommodation, schools, and retail buildings

Preparation and review of structural drawings and calculations

Coordination with Architectural and MEP teams

Handling Dubai Municipality / Sharjah Municipality / Trakhees authority submissions and approvals

Review of contractor shop drawings and steel calculations

Conduct site inspections and ensure construction compliance with approved drawings

Certification & Approval Requirements:

Dubai Municipality Approved Structural Designer (G+12 or G+4)

Trakhees Accreditation required
