Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction activities from planning through execution and handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor progress, cost control, and resource utilization.
• Enforce HSE and quality standards on site.
• Resolve technical issues and report project status to management.
• Ensure timely inspections, approvals, and project handover.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 6–8 years of UAE experience in a Construction Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulations, construction practices, and approvals.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.
