Incubated since early this year, our portfolio company (currently in Stealth) is looking to make its first external hires. The company provides a one stop solution to buying, selling and managing property - anywhere. You will be joining a high performing, small knit team that are both ambitious for the company but also for each other. The existing team come from private equity, investment banking and SaaS sales backgrounds and will use our combined experience to scale this platform quickly.
Role Description
We have ambitious plans for the next 12 months and plan to launch in multiple international markets. We are looking for Head of Listings who should be keen to get involved in every aspect of sales and marketing and growth of the platform and be excited about the potential to join a business in its infancy and be integral to its success.
To be successful in this role, you should have related SaaS and/or Real Estate experience in a business development role, a track record of achievement, the ability to think outside the box, as well superb leadership, communication and management skills.
In this role, you will lead on all listing related activities and partnerships (platforms, developers, agents, landlords, investors). The ideal candidate will have an extensive network to be ready to hit the ground running and ideally have prior experience working in a start-up with demonstrated skill in managing and facilitating growth. If successful in the role, the candidate may have the option to become a co-founder and earn remuneration significantly higher than market.
Responsibilities
· Putting together a sales strategy and strategic growth plan to ensure listings targets are met
· Overall Responsibility for Listings Growth
· Meeting with prospective partners and clients
· Promote the company’s products and services (ie industry events)
· Overall responsibility for awareness and lead generation.
· Working with the CEO to close partnerships, fundraising and affiliate deals
· Maintaining and improving long term relationships with decision-makers across our target client/customer base

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in a business development role ideally in the real estate or finance sector
- 2+ years of experience in a managerial role is a bonus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Demonstrated expertise in managing either businesses or sales teams.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating/leading growth or sales in a start-up or small business environment
- A passion for real estate investing and startup culture
